Clients with Prisha Wealth can transact through the two models:

• Advisory Model:
  The client agrees to pay an advisory fee to Prisha Wealth for the advice provided on the overall portfolio which includes Mutual Funds, Direct equity advisory services, PMS, AIFs, Structured products and alternates.
• Management Consultancy Model:
  The client agrees to pay either a Fixed Fee or Retainer-based Fee.

Your money is getting managed by the product providers from whom you have purchased that product. We consolidate your entire relationships across manufacturers (basis the statements provided by you) to give you a one glance statement of your portfolio for our investments advice. However, you have an independent access to all your investments by going directly to the respective product providers.

Mutual Funds and Index Funds: In the case of Mutual Funds, an investor issues a cheque/ transfer funds in favour of the mutual fund scheme in which the investment is to be made.

Direct Equity and Exchange Traded Funds: Funds are transferred to the bank account of the broker and securities are then credited to the investor’s demat account.

PMS: Funds are transferred into a new bank account opened in the investors own name (with the product provider) or into a pooled account of the PMS manufacturer.

Fixed Income: Funds are transferred to the bank account of the broker and securities are then credited to the investor’s demat account.

NRI’s are eligible to invest. However, specific conditions may need to be met depending on the repatriable / non-repatriable conditions as well as the domicile of the NRI client.

Foreign Nationals can invest. However, specific conditions to be met basis QFI or FPI guidelines.

While there is no minimum size to initiate a relationship, we expect each family to grow to a minimum of INR 5 Cr in assets under management through us.
