Priti Goel is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Prisha Wealth Management Private Limited, a SEBI Registered Investment Advisory Firm. With over 23 years of experience in Banking & Financial Industry, Priti has worked with Times Bank Limited (later merged with HDFC Bank Limited) for 2.5 years, Citibank N.A India for 19+ years, and Barclays Bank PLC India for 2 years.
She has worked in various leadership roles across their Retail Bank, Institutional Bank, Corporate Bank, Private Bank, bank backed Knowledge Processing Center (KPO) and bank backed Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) as Board of Director. In her last few role, she was Head of India Domestic Operations for Barclays Bank PLC India, responsible for operations across the businesses (retail, private bank, corporate bank and institutional bank).
Immediately prior to it, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Citi Private Bank, India. Her career span over leading front and back office core operations, service excellence, outsourced and insourced operations, third party governance across 40+ suppliers of the Banks. She has vast experience in service excellence, controls, compliance, audits, regulatory engagement, business risks, information security and business continuity. She has worked closely in and with business heads & CEOs, been instrumental in products development, product compliances and has led client engagements actively.
She has worked closely with Bank’s Technology teams to develop and launch platforms for businesses, with finance & BP&A on balance sheet and P&L management across businesses. She has keen eye for details, excellent project management and transformation skills and have always led audits (internal and external) and marquee projects for the Banks as principal lead from the businesses she managed and was part of. She is passionate about financial markets and has been tirelessly working to establish her new firm, incorporated in January 2024. She has authored several investment and capital market related articles in leading publications in India over the course of last several months.
She is an active member of BRICS Chamber of Commerce and have been actively contributing towards the editorial board of the Chamber. She is an Alumni of Presentation Convent School (under graduation), St. Stephen’s College (BSC Chemistry Hons.) and International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi (MBA Finance). She has done Corporate Laws from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.
